PACKAGE

1. Lakefront RV Resort comprising of over 150 Campsites
2. Cost: $3,500 + GST / year plus utilities
3. Washroom facility complete with coin-operated showers & laundry available in year 2
4. Full cell service on property
5. Security gate at entrance with key card access provided during the season
6. Winter storage, on your lot, of your RV only is included in the lot rental price.
7. Minimum Lot Size is 50’ x 80’ (minimum of 4,000 SF)
   • All sites are 30A or 50A Power (metered, utilities paid by customer)
   • Individual septic tank on each site (customer pays to suck out)
   • Potable Water Connection at each site (metered, utilities paid by customer)
   • Firewood provided by Campground Operator
   • 80% of sites are already treed with natural grass
8. Lot & Development Standards:
• Maximum of 500 SF deck built with pressure treated lumber only (composite decking allowed)
• Fences allowed
• 8×12 shed permitted, must be purchased through campground operator to ensure same standards across the resort
• Only 1 camping unit, boat and shed is permitted per lot.
• 15 km/hr speed limit throughout the entire resort
9. No golf carts are permitted. E-bikes, pedal bikes and other non-motorized vehicles are encouraged.
10. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am
11. All pets are to be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet as they are your responsibility. Pets that are a nuisance or a danger to other campers will not be permitted in the campground.
